Pedigrees and Registration Certificates
To register a dog with the BKC pedigrees and registration certificates must come from the governing Kennel Club of the country in which you reside, or the dog was born, i.e.: the Kennel Club (KC) for the United Kingdom, The American Kennel Club (AKC) for the USA, the Canadian Kennel Club (CKC) for Canada, etc.

The BKC is not connected with unofficial, private registration companies that supply breeder’s pedigrees or unofficial registration certificates. These are not recognised by the BKC.
